In the rare event that you may need to return or exchange your Castell Menorcan Sandals, we want to make the process as simple and efficient as possible, please take care to ensure you keep them in new condition, with all the original packaging. Ensure they are re-packed as they arrived & with care in maintaining the original shape (re-insert paper stuffers). If they are not resalable or received by Castell Australia in original, as new condition they will not be accepted. 

You may return your product to Castell Australia only, (please do not ship to Spain) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with the appropriate paper work.

All items must be in an unworn state with all tags in place.

All of our sandals are covered by a 3 month manufacturing error warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.

We can only refund the credit/debit card originally used for payment.

For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at stating the order number and nature of the problem. Please send pictures if possible.


We are happy to exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition with tags.

Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.

We recommend that you return your sandals via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
